Eldorado.gg

Quick and easy

Scammers and frauds. You let people take money and never deliver

I always get what i paid for honestly its great, The disputes are always solved and whenever im in the right i always get my money back

Never got my coins. Scam

I bought a Minecraft account on Eldorado advertised as permanent. A few weeks later, Minecraft showed “Buy Now” and I could no longer play using the access I purchased. The seller hasn’t responded. Eldorado support refused to help because the warranty had expired, and after I followed up, told me “nothing can be done further.” The listing promised permanent access, but it only lasted a few weeks. I’m asking Eldorado to review the misleading listing and reconsider a refund.

I bought coins and think i was scamed now i have to submit a ticked and wait for aproximately 5 days...

the account i bought was taken back then the dude got banned the support wouldnt issue refund or anything and now im down 300 and no account i sent a dispute claim they said cuz the protection period is over they cant do anything but there the reason i didnt get a refund by banning the guy its stupid how someone breaks there rules gets banned and the person who he stole from doesnt get anything back they said to contact seller when i cant hes banned and wont respond

Really good, a lot of sellers, good price and quick delivery, i recommend it

Do not rely on Eldorado’s supposed marketplace safety or buyer protection. When my account was compromised, I reached out to their support team expecting actual assistance. Instead, support representative flat out told me they "do not offer protection for such events" and told me to figure it out on my own. To make matters worse, when I asked if they were really offering zero compensation or help, the representative insultingly offered me a 5% discount code for my troubles. Offering a 5% coupon after failing to protect buyers or assist with a critical issue is an absolute joke. Eldorado washes their hands of any responsibility the second a real problem occurs. Save your money and use a platform that actually stands behind its users and enforces real buyer security.

Excellent. Got everything I ordered!

Account details not working g

The seller didn't have that much evidence, just text, and yet they ruled in his favor in the dispute I opened for a defective product. There was more evidence on my side than on his, but good job 👍🏻

Was amazing

I got scammed out of 98 dollars.

good exp because my acc did not get stolen, thx

W everything was fast

Only scammers everywhere

Extremely disappointing first experience with Eldorado.gg. I purchased 14,000 Destiny 2 Silver, but the seller failed to deliver within the promised timeframe and did not respond to my messages. After canceling the order, my money was refunded to an Eldorado account balance instead of my original payment method. Now I have to go through additional steps just to get my own money back. I wasn’t aware of how inconvenient the process would be, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone expecting a straightforward purchase and refund.

Delivery took a bit but overall great the people are really nice

Cheap only took have the expected time and gave a little extra
